Within the School of Education, our dedicated faculty and staff strive to provide a creative and supportive environment, utilizing a variety of educational experiences for all students. The School of Education has adopted the mission to provide exemplary instruction, relevant research, and effective service through collaboration with schools, businesses, community organizations, and the public at large. Specifically, the school’s goal is to prepare reflective professionals who positively and effectively engage with individuals diverse in race, culture, gender, age, ability, and developmental level.

The mission of the School of Education at Northwest International University is to cultivate graduates who, with a strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and cultural identity—as well as creative and scientific capacity—can meaningfully contribute to the field of education in its true and multidimensional sense. These individuals will be empowered to enhance educational quality in alignment with the evolving needs and values of human societies, both today and in the future.

This mission includes strengthening the academic and experiential capacities of faculty members, advancing research, generating scholarly resources and theoretical frameworks, and providing an enabling environment for meaningful engagement among professors, instructors, and students to meet the challenges and demands of future communities.
