At Northwest International University, we value your previous academic efforts and aim to make your educational journey as efficient as possible. With our credit transfer policy, you do not have to waste time or money on courses you have already completed. If you have taken courses that are included in your desired program and you have their transcripts, we will evaluate and accept the corresponding credit hours.
These evaluations are carried out with full accuracy by the university’s evaluation committee to ensure that your previous courses meet our standards. Once your courses are successfully accepted, the corresponding credit hours will be deducted from your program’s requirements. This means you can save both time and money, speeding up the process of completing your degree.

If you think you may be eligible for credit transfer, please ensure you submit your application before registering for any module. This will help you understand exactly what credits have been awarded and what you need to study to earn your desired qualification. You can submit a credit transfer application at any time during the year; however, we strongly recommend that you apply as soon as possible so you have enough time to plan your studies.
We process credit transfer applications in the order they are received. If your application is submitted close to our cut-off date, we will notify you of the outcome near the final enrollment date. It usually takes 4-6 weeks to process a credit transfer application.
Applying for credit transfer is free, and you are under no obligation to study with us. Nothing is taken away from your previous studies – the purpose of credit transfer is simply to reduce the time required to obtain your qualification and lower your overall costs.
